Description
The Swagman's Inn is located in Outback Village a 70 acre gated and pool community. Close to everything - short distance to community pool.

Policies

Office Hours: 10am - 6 pm
Check-in 4 pm - Check-out 11 am

We Accept:  Check, Cash, Money Order
Payment:   Payment is DUE IN FULL 14 days before arrival
Reservation Fee:   There is a $25 reservation fee on all houses
Pet Policy:  $60 damage deposit if damages occur
Cancellation Policy:

  • Only Reservations that are canceled 30 days or more prior to the arrival date are eligible for refund; If canceled less than 30 days from arrival date, No Refund.

  • $50 Administrative fee on all refunds

  • Deposit may be used to reschedule a future date, but it must be scheduled in the same cabin, and must be used within 6 months or the deposit will be forfeited.
  • If proper notice is not given as stated above, you will not receive any refund on a  "re-schedule".
  • Any reservations made on the day of arrival or up to 30 days into the future, are not eligible for a refund.

Early Check-out: NO Refunds
Damage Policy: The renter is responsible for any damages or stolen items during their stay. Outback will contact you with any charges made due to damages or stolen items.
Paper Work: All paper work must be filled out completely, signed and returned to us before check in or NO key codes
Change in units: If there is a problem that occurs in the chalet that can not be fixed in a timely manner, we reserve the right to move you to another unit of equal value. Outback Rentals reserves the right to change,  cancel or move a reservation to another unit if a homeowner wishes to use the unit you were originaly scheduled for.
Winter Months: (November-March) We advise everyone to come prepared with chains or 4 wheel drive. There are no refunds due to inclement weather.
Keys: The key to each chalet is at the unit. They are located in a box by the door. We will give you the key code once payment has been received in full.. The keys must be returned back in the box when you leave. If a key is lost or stolen, there will be a $25 charge.
Cleaning Fee: Each chalet has a cleaning fee. If there is additional cleaning needed due to being left extremely dirty or disorganized, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $75 charged to the credit card on file.
Insects: Being in and near a protected area of our national park system, spiders, lady bugs and other insects are not uncommon in or around your cabin.  understand you are in the mountains, and you may occasionally have "uninvited guests". Refunds will not be given for visits from these uninvited visitors.
Fireplaces: Fireplaces are closed from April 1st through September 30th. You will be charged an additional  cleaning fee if you use it during that time. Please do not touch the logs in gas fireplaces as you will be held responsible for the cost of resetting them. You will be charged an additional $100 if you burn anything (but gas) in our gas  fireplaces.

  • Some items to bring that we do not furnish and that may make your stay more enjoyable
    - Kindling or starter logs, paper and matches for the wood burning fireplaces
    - Laundry detergent for units with washer/dryer
    - Charcoal and lighter fluid for charcoal grills
    - Alarm Clock & Flashlight
    - Salt, pepper, sugar, etc.

     PET POLICY:  We realize that some of you would like to bring your pets with you on vacation. Because of  careless pet owners in the past, we've had to make some firm regulations regarding them.  Pets are allowed in our units with a  pet fee of $150. It is held on your credit card on day of arrival and is refundable after inspection of cabin with no damages or extra cleaning needed.. (2 pet maximum, 25 pound maximum for each pet)
